David Shawyer (FCA) - Director:- David was originally employed in the Inland Revenue, qualified with one of the big five accountants and started his own practice in 1980.  His practice then merged with Frank Hirth & Co in 1982 but became independent again in April 2000. Rodney Love - Director:- Rod is a part qualified accountant who started his career in 1984 with the biggest independent practice in Cornwall.  In 1993 he moved to Norwich and joined one of the top 40 practices in the UK.  Whilst there he was the department specialist on dentists accounts and also dealt with medical consultants, as well as a varied mix of other businesses operating in different industries and with various ownership structures.  He joined David in 2000 to help develop the practice following the separation from Frank Hirth & Co.  His varied knowledge of businesses and professions complements David's expert knowledge of offshore workers and non-residence to give a comprehensive service.
